Cheesy Fresh Spinach Dip

INGREDIENTS
• 2 - 8 oz packages cream cheese; softened
• 1 - 8 oz package of mozzarella cheese
• 1 cup freshly grated parm cheese
• 1/2 cup mayo
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1/4 cup chopped green onion
• 1/4 cup sun-dried tomato pesto
• 2 tablespoons of butter
• 1 -16 oz package of spinach, stemmed
INSTRUCTIONS
• Preheat oven to 350*. Spray a 1 1/2 quart baking dish with cooking spray
• In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, mozzarella, parm, mayo, sour cream, green onion, and pesto with a mixer at medium speed util combined.
• In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat, Gradually add spinach, cooking until wilted, drain. Add spinach mixture to cream cheese mixture, beating until combined. Spoon mixture into prepared pan.
• Bake until hot and bubbly. 20-205 minutes. Garnish with tomatoes and green onion. If desired you may garnish with toasted french rounds.
