Cheesy Potatoes

INGREDIENTS

* 2.5 Cups heavy cream

* 1/2 Cup of miracle whip

* 1 Tsp. salt

* 1/2 Black pepper

* 3/4 Shredded cheddar cheese

* 4 Lbs. potatoes thinly chopped

* 1/4 Parm. cheese

* 1.5 Tsp. parsley

* As much or little garlic powder


 

INSTRUCTIONS

* Preheat oven at 350*.

* Spray cooking dish with cooking spray.

* In a bowl mix miracle whip, salt, pepper, heavy cream and cheddar cheese.

* Cut potatoes to the way you wish. I like mine thin.

* Layer potatoes and mixture, cover dish and bake for an hour.

* Uncover and use parm cheese on top and continue to bake till potatoes are tender.
