Collard Greens

INGREDIENTS

* 3 - 16 oz. bag shredded collard greens

* 50 oz. of chicken broth

* 1 large ham hock

* 1 tbs. salt

* Pepper to your liking

* 1 - white small onion

* Garlic to your liking

* 1 - small bag of cubed ham


 

INSTRUCTIONS

* Combine all the above ingredients in large pot, keep covered and bring to a boil. Reduce heat after boil and simmer to 30 - 45 minutes.
