Glazed Carrots

INGREDIENTS

• 2 lbs. baby carrots

• 1 1/2 Cups water

• 1/4 Cup honey

• 2 Tablespoons butter

• 1/4 Teaspoon salt

• 1/8 Teaspoon pepper


 


• Add carrots and water in slow cooker, cook on low for 6 - 8 hours or until carrots are tender.

• Drain carrots and return to slow cooker

• Stir in honey, butter, salt and pepper - Mix well

• Cover and cook on low for 30 minutes or until glazed.
