INGREDIENTS
* 1 lbs of pork and 1 lbs of ground chuck
* 1/2 cup of green onion
* 3 or 4 garlic cloves - depends on how much you love garlic or not
* 1 large egg
* 1 tbs of brown sugar
* 1 tbs of soy sauce - low sodium
* 1/2 tsp ginger
* 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
* dash of salt
INSTRUCTIONS
* Mix onion, meat, brown sugar, soy, cayenne pepper, salt, ginger and make into balls as big as you like.
* Put your balls on a greased baking sheet with aluminum foil
* Bake at 350* and about 35 - 40 minutes
