Mexican Street Corn

I made this and it was so good. Can't really mess this up.


INGREDIENTS


  • 5 ears of cor

  • 1/2 cup melted butter

  • 1/4 cup mayo

  • 1/2 cup grated cotija cheese

  • Cilantro and lime wedges if you like


 

INSTRUCTIONS


  • Preheat oven to 375*

  • Cover and pull out the oven in 10 mins.

  • Butter the corn

  • Spread with mayo

  • Sprinkle with cheese and cilantro

  • Serve with lime wedge
