INGREDIENTS
• 1 Package of 16 oz sausage (whichever you like)
• 2 Cups of chopped celery
• 1 Cup chopped onion
• 4 Cups of cornbread, toasted
• 1/4 Cup parsley if you wish
• 1 Cup chicken broth
• 1 Egg beaten
INSTRUCTIONS
• Preheat oven at 325*.
• Cook celery, onion, sausage
• Add cornbread, parsely, broth, egg - mix well
• Add all into casserole dish, cover and bake for 45 mins.
