INGREDIENTS
• 2 Cans of canned tuna
• 2 Avocados
• 1 Lime juice
• 1/4 Black pepper
• 1/2 Tsp. salt
• 1/2 Tsp. garlic powder
• 1 Diced orange pepper
• 2 Large cucumbers
INSTRUCTIONS
• Cut cucumbers into 2 large slices (close to 1-2 inches thick). Scoop out he soft seeded insides.
• Mix tuna, black pepper, avocado, garlic powder, lime juice, orange pepper, and salt. Mesh well with fork.
• Spoon the tune mixture into the cucumber cups and place in the refrigerator until ready to eat. I suggest to eat them the same day.
