• Preheat your oven to 400* and line a baking pan with wax paper.
• In a bowl mix parm cheese, panko crumbs, olive oil, parsley, garlic, paprika, and 1/4 salt. Spoon filling into mushrooms caps, pressing it in and making a mound of filling.
• Arrange mushrooms in baking pan
• Drizzle olive oil over tops of mushrooms, and bake for 30 minutes or until they are tender.
** You may top off with any olives to your liking if you're an olive fan.
