Air Fryer Jerk Chicken

INGREIDENTS

* Onion Powder

* Garlic Powder

* Dry rub jerk rub

* Chicken (I'm using drubsticks)

* Baking soda * Olive oil

* All of the ingredients are as much or little as you like. Everyone is different.


 

INSTRUCTIONS

* In a large bowl add onion powder, garlic powder, baking soda, and jerk rub in large bowl.

* Lightly coat chicken in olive oil.

* Rub dry rub on chicken and let the chicken set for an hour for the seasoning to absorb.

* Preheat air fryer at 400*, and cook for 20 minutes flipping them over half way through.

** Side note (meat thermostat at 165* add five minutes).
