Beef Stew

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 Lbs of stew meat

  • 1/2 Tsp salt

  • 1/2 Tsp black pepper

  • 1 Cup onion - chopped

  • 1 Tsp garlic powder

  • 1 Can beef broth

  • 2 Cups carrots

  • 2 Cups celery

  • 2 Cups potatoes

  • 1 Tsp rosemary


 

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Spray a stockpot with non stick cooking spray

  • Cook meat and season with salt and pepper

  • Add onion and garlic powder - cook for 2 minutes

  • Add celery, broth, potatoes, carrots, and rosemary - Cover

  • Stir occasionally

  • Stir in cornstarch and water - Add stew meat - Cook for 45 minutes
