INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 Lbs of stew meat
1/2 Tsp salt
1/2 Tsp black pepper
1 Cup onion - chopped
1 Tsp garlic powder
1 Can beef broth
2 Cups carrots
2 Cups celery
2 Cups potatoes
1 Tsp rosemary
INSTRUCTIONS
Spray a stockpot with non stick cooking spray
Cook meat and season with salt and pepper
Add onion and garlic powder - cook for 2 minutes
Add celery, broth, potatoes, carrots, and rosemary - Cover
Stir occasionally
Stir in cornstarch and water - Add stew meat - Cook for 45 minutes
