INGREDIENTS
1 Tsp cayenne pepper
2 Tsp Garlic powder
2 Tsp black pepper
2 Tsp onion powder
2 Tsp paprika
2 Tsp parsley
2 Tsp salt
2 Tsp oregano
2 Tsp thyme
5 Pieces of fish (thawed or fresh)
1/2 Cup unsalted butter
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix cayenne, black pepper, garlic, onion powder, paprika, salt, thyme,together - Press both sides of fish with seasoning.
Large pan heat skillet over high heat
Pour butter into pan - add fish - turning once until blackened crust is formed
Cook about six minutes
Garnish and serve
