Avocado Bowls

INGREDIENTS
1/2 Cup of water
1 Cup of red quinoa
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
5 Eggs
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp black pepper
1 Cup cherry tomatoes cut in half
1/2 Cup feta cheese
2 Avocados - sliced
INSTRUCTIONS
In boiling water - add quinoa - reduce heat, cover, simmer for 12 minutes
Remove from heat (covered)
Small saucepan make eggs
In bowl add quinoa, avocados, tomatoes, cheese
