BBQ Beef

INGREDIENTS

• 2 cups of your favorite bbq SAUCE

• 1 medium sized onion cut into wedges

• 3 beef bouillon cubes

• 3 to 5 lbs. of beef brisket


 

INSTRUCTIONS

• In slow cooker add bbq sauce to the bottom, onion and bouillon cubes.

• Place roast on top.

• Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until beef is tender.

• Shred meat add remaining sauce, mix.

• Continue cooking until heated through.


** Make sammiches with garlic bread. MMMMMMMMM
