BBQ Ribs

INGREDIENTS

* 1 or more rack of ribs

* 1/2 Cup brown sugar

* 2 Tbs. garlic powder

* 1 Tbs. ground black pepper

* 1 Tsp. ginger

* A few slices of apples

* 1/2 hoisin sauce

* 1 Tbsp. soy sauce

* 1/2 Chopped onion


 

INSTRUCTIONS

* Preheat oven to 350*

* Cut ribs into serving size pieces.

* Mix brown sugar, garlic, pepper, salt, soy, and ginger

* In roasting pan add apples, onions, small amount of water, brush ribs with mix.

* Cover, and bake for about 45 minutes to an hour. Add water slowly if moisten ribs.
