Crab Cakes

INGREDIENTS

* 2 Lg. eggs beaten

* 1/2 Cup Mayo

* 2 Tbsp. parsley

* 1.5 Tsp. sea food seasoning

* 1 Tsp lemon juice

* 1 Tsp. dijon mustard

* 1 Lbs crab meat

* 1/2 Cup panko crumbs


 

INSTRUCTIONS

* Preheat oven to 400*

* Spray baking sheet with non stick spray

* Med. bowl - mix mayo, parsley, seasoning, lemon, mustard

* Put crab meat in mixture and panko crumbs

* Put spray on top of crab cakes.

* Bake for 12 minutes
