Fish N Chips

INGREDIENTS
* Cooking oil
* 3 Cups flour
* 1 Tbs. baking powder
* 3 Tbs. cornstarch
* 1 Teaspoon salt
* 1 Teaspoon ground black pepper
* 1 Teaspoon garlic powder
* 3 eggs
* 1.5 Cups milk
* 1 Cup beer
* 1.5 Lbs of fish of your liking
* Lemon wedges
INSTRUCTIONS
* Heat oil in pan on medium
* Mix flour, baking powder, cornstarch, salt, pepper.
* In another bowl mix milk and eggs - whisk well, then slowly add beer for beer batter.
* Coat fish in beer batter mix, then dip in flour mix.
* Add to pan and cook about five minutes on each side or until golden.
* Add lemon zest and serve. WhooHoo!
