* 6 Tbsp. unsalted butter
* 1/2 Tsp. parsley
* 1 Lbs. sea scallops
* 1/2 Tsp. salt
* 1/4 Tsp. white pepper
* 2 Tbsp. olive oil
* 2 Tbsp. caper
* 1 tbsp. lemon juice
INGREDIENTS
* Set oven to 425*
* Season scallops with salt and pepper
* Combine w/ olive oil & capers
* Bake 10 minutes
