INGREDIENTS
• 1 chopped up yellow onion
• 1 lbs of ground turkey
• 1 lemon cut into wedges for some zest
• 1/4 cup of mint
• 1 tbsp of parsley
• 2 -3 chopped cucumbers
• 3/4 block chopped olives
• pita bread
• 1/4 sour cream
INSTRUCTIONS
• Brown your ground turkey, set aside or make patties - I like to scramble it up.
• Cook onions, add turkey, salt, pepper, lemon zest.
• Add sour cream, ground turkey, olives, cucumber, and add mint into your pita.
