Steaks & Sweet Potatoes

INGREDIENTS

• 1 Lbs Sweet potatoes cut in pieces

• 3 Tbsp Olive oil

• 1 2/3 Salt

• 1 2/3 Pepper

• 1/2 Cup unsalted butter

• 1/2 Cup Pam cheese

• 1/2 Tsp Garlic powder

• 1 1/2 Steaks

• 10 Oz Spinach

INSTRUCTIONS

• Heat oven to 400*

• Toss sweet potatoes in salt, pepper on baking sheet

• Bake for 30 minutes

• Combine butter,salt, garlic pepper in small bowl and set aside

• Add olive oil in pan and season steaks with garlic, salt and pepper

• Cook for five minutes on each side set aside

• Add spinach and cook for about one minute

• Top with Parm cheese

• Serve with spinach, sweet potatoes and steaks
