INSTRUCTIONS

• 1/2 cup butter softened

• 2 tablespoons whole - grain mustard

• 2 tablespoons of finely chopped fresh thyme

• 1 teaspoon black pepper

• 1 (6 1/2 - 7 lbs) whole bone in turkey breast

• 1 cup dry white wine

Garnish - thyme

INSTRUCTIONS

• Preheat oven to 375*

• In small bowl stir together butter, mustard, thyme, salt and pepper

• Place turkey breast on a rack in a roasting pan. Rub butter mixture under skin and over turkey. Pour wine into bottom of roasting pan (if you're like me and love wine - you may wine while you bake your turkey) Lol.

• Bake until a meat thermometer reads 165*, 2 hours and 15 minutes to 2 hours and 45 minutes, covering with foil halfway through baking to prevent excess browning, if necessary. Let stand for 20 minutes before services. Garnish with thyme if wanted.....
