This is my favorite dish, easy to make and I used zero measurements. If you love to cook sometimes just winging it and tasting is the best recipe. Lol.
INGREDIENTS
• 3 lbs. ground turkey
• bay leaves
• oregano
• italian seasoning
• red pepper
• 1 large jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce
• 1 small jar of your favorite alfredo sauce
• beef broth
• garlic powder
• bread crumbs
• basil
INSTRUCTIONS
• in large bowl mix turkey with bay leaves, oregano, italian seasoning, garlic powder, bread crumbs and basil.
• mis well and make large turkey balls and put on cookie sheet
• in large pot pour red sauce, add garlic, beef broth, small amount of alfredo sauce until it turns pick in color, salt, red pepper, bay leaves, butter, parm. cheese, oregano, italian seasoning; simmer for 35 minutes or while turkey meatballs are cooking.
• place cookie sheet in oven and bake for 40 minutes at 360*
• Place in large bowl and pour sauce over, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese if you like and enjoy.
