INGREDIENTS
• 2 tablespoons canola oil
• 1/2 cup sliced shallot
• 2 cloves of garlic, sliced
• 3 (5 oz.) containers fresh mixed baby greens
• 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
• 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
INSTRUCTIONS
• In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add shallot; cook until lightly browned, about 2 minutes. Add garlic; cook for one minute. Gradually stir in greens, cooking util slightly wilted, about 3 minutes. Remove from heat. Add vinegar, salt, pepper,and paprika - toss to combine and eat away! Nom Nom Nom
