Air Fryer Plantains

INGREDIENTS
3 TBSP unsalted butter
2 TBSP canola oil
2 TBSP sugar
5 Ripe plantains
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat airfryer to 380*, melt butter
Combine oil and sugar. Whisk to dissolve.
Cut Plantains into half inch thick slices
Cover only half of the plantain with butter mixture.
Cook for 5 minutes them flip and brush with butter mixture and cook for 5 more minutes.
Increase to 400* cook 3 more minutes on each side until tender
Coat the remaining butter mixture and serve with black beans and rice
