Carrot Cake Smoothie

Fiber, and protein.


• 1 cup of orange juice

• 1 cup of milk

• 1 cup of nonfat plain greek yogurt

• 1 sliced banana

• 1 carrot (chopped)

• 1 cup uncooked oats

• 2 Tbsp. almond butter


** Blend - makes 2 smoothies
