Chicken with Tahini Sauce

INGREDIENTS

• 6 - 10 chicken breast depends on how hungry you are.....

• 1 tbsp of ground cumin

• 2 tsp dried thyme

• 8 oz green beans

• 4 peeled and chopped shallots

• 1 1/4 chicken broth

• 1/3 tahini

• 1/8 cup lemon juice


 

INSTRUCTIONS

• Cook chicken with salt, pepper, thyme, cumin for about 7 minutes.

• Add green beans, shallots, and 1/2 tsp of salt until green beans are soft.

• Add broth, lemon juice, bring to a boil.

• Set all ingredients aside keeping the broth - Add tahini sauce, season with salt & pepper.

• Then return chicken and beans back into skillet.


**You may serve with lemon wedges if you like.
