What to do with your turkey leftovers from Thanksgiving holiday? Here's a great leftover recipe!
INGREDIENTS
* 2 Garlic cloves
* 1/2 Panko crumbs
* 3 TBSP. parsley
* 3/4 Chopped celery
* 1 Cup heavy cream
* 4 Cups of chopped turkey
* 1 Tbsp. sage
* 8 oz. Linguine noodles
* 3/4 Parm cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
* Heat in a large pan - butter, garlic and add panko crumbs and cool till crispy, then put aside.
* Large pot add heavy cream, butter, celery, bring to low boil then add turkey, set aside.
* Make your pasta noodles to box instructions, pour small amount of water into turkey pot.
* Toss together all ingredients and add cheese, salt and black pepper to your own liking.
* Top off with panko crumbs and serve.
