INSTRUCTIONS
* 1/2 Lbs catfish
* 1/4 tsp. salt
* 1/4 tsp. pepper
* 2 Lg. eggs beaten
* 1/4 Cup cornmeal
* 2 Tbsp. canola oil
INSTRUCTIONS
* Preheat large pan
* Season fish with salt and pepper
* Dip fish in egg and coat with cornmeal
* Cook for 5 minutes on each side
* Drain on paper towel
