Ginger Mango Smoothie

Fuels your brain and ups your energy
• 1/2 cup frozen chopped mango (use a peach if you're not a mango fan)
• 1/2 cup of plain greek yogurt
• 1/2 sliced banana
• 1/2 cup of mango nectar or orange juice
• 1/4 cup low fat milk
• 1 tbsp. of honey
• 1/2 tsp of grated fresh ginger
**Blend well - makes two smoothies
