Gnocchi, Basil, Tomato, Garlic, Spinach

INGREDIENTS

* One package of gnocchi (cooked to package directions)

* One small can of tomato paste

* Basil

* Garlic

* Red wine for flavor

* Fresh spinach

* Cheese (any kind)

INSTRUCTIONS

* Make your gnocchi to package directions

* In separate pan sauté tomato paste in 2 tbs butter, garlic, basil

* Add red wine and cook spinach

* Add gnocchi to pan and add pasta water to pan to your liking

* Add cheese and / or Parm cheese
