Greek Fish

INGREDIENTS

* 1/2 Cup white wine

* 1 Can of diced tomatoes - Drained

* 2/3 Cup diced white onion

* 1 Tbsp garlic powder

* 1.5 Tsp. greek seasoning

* 1/4 Tsp. black pepper

* 1 Tbsp. Olive oil

* 1.5 Lbs of fish (to your liking)


 

INSTRUCTIONS

* Season fish with all ingredients and placed in preheat oiled pan. Cook for about five minutes on each side, add white wine, veggies and cover.

* Cook on low heat for ten minutes or until onion and tomatoes are soft.
