Grouper w/ Honey Orange Glaze

INGREDIENTS

• 2 tbsp of orange marmalade

• 1 tbsp of orange juice

• 2 tbsp of honey

• 3/4 teaspoon dijon mustard

• 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce

• 1/8 teaspoon of white pepper

• 1 - 2 pounds of grouper


 

INSTRUCTIONS

• Preheat broiler

• In bowl mix together honey, marmalade, orange juice, dijon mustard, soy sauce, white pepper.

• Saturate fillet with glaze and broil for 6 minutes of both sides.

• After cooked you may add the remainder of the glaze.
