INRUCTIONS
* 3 Tbsp. Unsalted butter
* 2 Tbsp. Italian herb paste
* 1 Lbs. mahi - mahi fillets
* 1/2 Tsp. salt
* 1/4 Tsp. pepper
INGREDIENTS
* Preheat the oven to 400*
* Combine herb paste and butter.
* Season fish with salt and pepper and plon a bakingace sheet
* Bake 10 minutes
*Top fish with butter mixture and allow to melt
