Italian Creamy Chicken

INGREDIENTS
• 4 Boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
• 1 Dry Italian salad dressing mix
• 1/4 water
• 1 - 8 oz package cream cheese (soft)
• 1 - 10 3/4 oz can cream of chicken soup
• 1 - 4 oz can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
INSTRUCTIONS
• Place chicken in slow cooker. Combine salad dressing and water. Pour over chicken.
• Cover and cook for 3 hours on low.
• In bowl mix cream cheese and soup until mixed well. Stir in mushrooms & pour on slow cooker.
• Cover and cook on low for one hour.
