Japanese blend veggie, 4 chicken breast. I cooked the chicken first then threw in the veggies.
The sauce was made by tasting it
Soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, garlic sesame seeds and corn starch to thicken up the sauce. If you like sweet then throw in some honey for the teriyaki taste or to keep it a gingery do the above without honey. I added more mushrooms to the pan cook. Add to the pan and cook until veggies are cooked. If it gets too think then add water.
