INGREDIENTS
• 4 Carrots sliced
• 4 Potatoes cut into chunks
• 2 Garlic cloves
• 4 Whole chickens legs & thighs with skin removed
• 2 teaspoons lemon pepper seasoning
• 1/2 poultry seasoning
• 1 - 14 oz. can of chicken broth
• Lemon slices
• Fresh thyme springs
INSTRUCTIONS
• Add all the above (except lemon and thyme) into a slow cooker and cook on low for 9-10 hours OR on high for 4-5 hours.
• Serve with lemon and thyme - BOOM
