Panko Crusted Salmon

INGREDIENTS


  • 4 TBSP Panko bread crumbs

  • 1 TBSP Parm cheese

  • 1 TSP Lemon pepper seasoning

  • 1/2 Tsp Tyme

  • 1/8 Garlic pepper

  • 1/2 Tsp. Parsley

  • 2-4 Salmon fillets

  • 1 TBSP butter


 

INSTRUCTIONS


  • Preheat the oven to 375*

  • Line a baking sheet with foil

  • Stir together panko, parm, lemon pepper seasoning,thyme, parsley, garlic

  • Brush melted butter on top and sides of salmon

  • Sprinkle with panko mix. Pressing on top and sides

  • Bake 20-25 minutes

  • Garnish with parsley
