INGREDIENTS
* 1 Lbs. penne
* 1/2 Cup olive oil
* 1 onion chopped
* 1 Lbs. mushrooms chopped
* 4 Garlic cloves
* 2 Bay leaves
* Salt and Pepper to your own liking
* 28 Oz. can of crushed tomatoes
* 2 - 3 Cups of chicken broth
* 1 Cup parm cheese
* 1/4 Cup basil leaves - chopped
INSTRUCTIONS
* Make pasta set aside.
* In skillet, cook onion, add mushrooms, pepper, garlic, bay leaves until tender, Stir in tomatoes, chicken broth, and simmer for about ten minutes.
* Stir in parm cheese, basil and penne. Serve.
