INGREDIENTS
• 2 pounds of grouper - Cut anyway you like.
• Olive oil
• Corn Starch
• Lemon slices
INSTRUCTIONS
• Preheat pan, add small amount of olive oil.
• Sprinkle cornstarch, salt, pepper, old bay on each side of grouper fillet,
• Cook for approx. 4 minutes on each side.
• Remove and enjoy with a zest of lemon.
