Pot Roast

INGREDIENTS

• 2 bullion cube

• 1 tsp. black pepper

• 1 tsp garlic powder

• 1 tsp. of parsley

• 3 - 4 lbs boneless chuck roast

• 2 tbsp. olive oil

• Carrots to your liking peeled and cut into small pieces

• Potatoes peeled cut to your liking

• 2 Cups water


INSTRUCTIONS

• Rub roast with pepper, garlic, parsley

• Place rest of ingredients into slow cooker

• Slow cook on low 6 - 8 hours

**Jasmine rice and corn bread would be fantastic side
