Pulled Pork Sammiches

INGREDIENTS

• 1 - 3 to 4 lbs. pork loin roast

• 1 - 18 oz. of your favorite BBQ sauce

 

INSTRUCTIONS

• Rinse pork loin and place in slow cooker.

• Pour BBQ sauce on top of loin.

• Cover and cook on high 5.5 hours.

• Cut the strings of the the loin and pull the pork apart until it's shredded.

• Mix well and eat your heart out.


** I usually buy garlic bread (Texas Toast with cheese) bake according to instructions on the box and make a sandwich from that. Garlic cheese pulled pork sammich! Mmmmmmm
