Roast Beef & Red Potatoes

INGREDIENTS

* 3 Lbs. beef roast

* 1 Tbsp. steak seasoning

* 2 or 3 Lbs of red baby potatoes halved

* 3 Tsp. thyme leaves

* 2 Cups beef broth


 

INSTRUCTIONS

* Preheat oven 350*

* Season roast with seasoning

* Place roast, potatoes, beef broth together

* Bake for 2 hours

* Serve with Jasmine rice
