INSTRUCTIONS
* 5 lbs Chicken (remove insides)
* 2 Tsp. onion powder
* 1 Tsp. Salt
* 1 Cup butter but dived
* 3 Carrots
* 3 Celery stocks
INSTRUCTIONS
* Grease baking pan
* Preheat the oven to 350*
* Season chicken outside w/ingredients above
* Put 1/2 butter inside chicken and the other 1/2 melted and outside of chicken
* Arrange cut carrots and cut celery around chicken
* Roast for 1 hour and 20 minutes uncovered
* Drown chicken with juices from pan and simmer for 10 minutes before serving
