INGREDIENTS
* As many scallops as you like
* 1/4 Wine Wine
* 1/2 Cup chicken broth
*2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
* 2 Garlic cloves
* 2 Tbsp. butter
INSTRUCTIONS
* Preheat pan and add white wine
* Add scallops, broth, garlic, butter
* Cook for two or two and a half minutes on each side
* Remove from heat and top off with lemon
