INGREDIENTS
* 8 Teaspoons of olive oil
* 2 LBS. strip steak
*2 LBS. chopped zucchini
* 1 Teaspoon of lemon zest
* 1 Teaspoon garlic powder
* 4 Teaspoons chopped parsley
* 3 Tablespoon of bread crumbs
INSTRUCTIONS
* Heat olive oil and cook steak with garlic, salt and pepper - about five minutes per side.
* Cook zucchini in another pan using about 2 teaspoons of olive oil with herbs, garlic, salt and pepper.
* Add bread crumbs to zucchini mix well. Add into steak pan.
