Teriyaki Chicken, Broccoli & Mushrooms

INGREDIENTS

* 3 Lg. chicken breast cubed

* Broccoli florets (usually two frozen bags)

* 1 Tsp. sesame oil

* 2 Tsp. corn starch

* 1 Tsp. Ginger

* Garlic (as much as you like)

* 3 Tbsp. brown sugar

* 1 Tbsp. veggie oil

* 1/2 - 1 Tsp. sesame seeds

* 1/4 Soy sauce

* 1 Lg. container of mushrooms


 

INSTRUCTIONS

* Add veggie oil into medium high pan

* Add cubed chicken and cook until crispy

* Add sesame oil, corn starch, ginger, garlic, brown sugar, soy sauce, mushrooms, and broccoli and cook until broccoli adn mushrooms are tender

* In separate pot make jasmine rice (follow instructions on box)

* Serve teriyaki chicken, broccoli and mushrooms over jasmine rice and ENJOYYYYYYY
