INGREDIENTS
• 5 - 6 tuna steaks
• 3 tbsp. of olive oil
• 1/4 cup feta cheese
• 3 garlic cloves - chopped
• 1 cup cherry tomatoes - halved
• 2 tbsp. capers (drained)
• 1/4 cup parsley
• 1/4 cup basil
• Salt and pepper to your liking
• 1 tbsp. lemon juice
INSTRUCTIONS
• Combine garlic, tomatoes, capers, herbs, lemon juice, feta cheese.
• Season both sides of tuna steaks with mixture above with salt and pepper
• Add olive oil to pan and heat
• Cook tuna steaks to your liking. They cook fairly quickly.
