~ Goulash ~

Here is a recipe that I literally don't use measurements. Winging it is the best. Here we go!


INGREDIENTS

• 1 Large yellow onion - chopped

• 1 Large green bell pepper - chopped

• 2.5 - 3 lbs. ground chuck

• Garlic powder

• 2 Cups of water

• 1 Can diced tomato

• 1 Can tomato sauce

• Oregano

• Basil

• Salt

• Pepper

• 2 lbs. Elbow mac. noodles


 

INSTRUCTIONS

• In large pot make your elbow noodles to package directions adding beef bouillon cubes for flavor (x2).

• Cook hamburger meat until thoroughly cooked and drain fat/grease.

• Add garlic, bell pepper, onion, oregano, and basil to hamburger meat and cook till veggies are soft, then add your tomato sauce and diced tomatoes and heat together, (set aside).

• Once elbow noodles are cooked, drained add back to pot and add all your above ingredients together, add salt and pepper to your liking. Of course if you like lots of garlic like I do then add as much as you like.
